I’m good with staying the same. It’s at least better than gaining, right? I’m still down from last week, so that’s great too!
I started to log my calories at My Food Diary … I want to try and balance between WW and MFD and see where I feel most comfortable, because as my friend Joy mentioned yesterday, selecting a weight-loss plan that is too hard isn’t going to do me any favors! I’ll write more tonight probably once I get home from work.
