Ok, back down we go. Breathe a sigh of relief, and start over. Phew. Ate SO well yesterday, and was just really careful, I didn’t want to be upset by another gain week. I even took Liam for a walk … not long enough to be one of the 30 minute, 3x per week routines, but it was at least a little burst of exercise to help me out. The rest of this week will be focused on taking off the extra now.
