After sandwiches from Wawa last night (I had a 4″ one, so I did well …), I’m glad to have stayed the same. I’m just hoping that I’ll be at the MOST 183.4 by Friday. We’ll see.

For those of you who were wondering, no I didn’t get on the scale since Friday. I think I needed a break from it, to be honest. I’m back on now, and it’s not an awful weight, so I’m glad for that.
Tonight is going to be a challenge – it’s too hot to cook, so we’re going to be ordering out. That’s always dangerous ground for me, so I’m going to do my best to keep it light!

The bathroom is in disarray because we were setting up to clean it and got distracted, so I didn’t get on the scale this morning. I’ll be back tomorrow though!

I can’t even begin to express how disappointed I am at that number. It’s .2 pounds HIGHER than I was last week, and there’s truly no reason for it. I mustn’t let it discourage me from continuing, my body is still adjusting to not nursing, maybe this is the point where I need to look into fewer calories. Another week should tell.
Ahh, low 180’s, how I missed you. With Liam’s birthday and Easter, I thought I’d never see you again! I’m glad you’re back, and I do hope you stick around and show the upper 170’s in.

Excellent … the downward trend continues. We had macaroni and cheese last night (my favorite – made by my mom), so I went for a late evening run, which was really nice. I felt strong running, and I really can tell that I’m making progress in my speed and endurance. I’ve convinced Kyle (my brother) and Will to do a 5K with me in the late spring / early summer timeframe, so now I just need to find one. I’d love to find a family-friendly one so that we can take the jogger with us!
