Not bad. The eating was more than I expected, but I do think my run really helped offset that. Today is focused on eating back to normal, and hopefully we can see a bit of a loss on Friday.
I’m hoping to upload the link soon, my watch needs to be recharged. In the meantime, I did 5:1 run:walk intervals and did really well. The watch didn’t connect to the satellites until about .2 miles into the run, so it said I was a little slower than I thought I was, but that’s okay, I think I still did pretty well.

Unexpected, but good. Today’s party had a little more to eat than I thought (mainly because Liam didn’t finish anything I gave him), so I’m hoping tomorrow’s gain isn’t a total shock. On the upside, I was able to get in a run this morning.

Yup, still love Shawn T. HRM says I burned just 70 calories doing that workout, but it’s fun and I’m moving for 30 minutes, so I’ll take it.

Frustrating, but at least it’s down from earlier this week. This weekend should be much easier to handle with eating, so I’ve got that to look forward to. I intend to get in two good runs as well, so that should help.
God bless the people at Nintendo for finding an entertaining way to get me off of my big fat rear. I’ll review the game later, but in the meantime know that it was fun, and although I didn’t burn many calories (the game says 145, I say maybe 75), it was enjoyable and it was a half-hour that I wasn’t sitting. Go me.
