That’s annoying. I honestly think that it’s due in part to a) not drinking enough water yesterday (though I did drink more than I normally would), b) running later in the day (I can still feel my muscles, which means they’re swollen), and c) actually not eating enough yesterday (yes, I gain weight when I do that).
Today is looking decent, I have to buy lunch because there wasn’t anything in the house that I could grab (Liam ate my last bit of muenster), so that’ll be a challenge. I’m hoping for some decent healthy options downstairs. We’ll see.
