Honestly, not surprising. I ate with the intention of working out last night, but when it came time, I was just too damn tired. I actually got as far as putting the video in the Xbox, and then got maybe 3 minutes into it before I turned it off because I wasn’t even doing the steps with any enthusiasm.
So, my exercise yesterday was chasing a crazy 16 month-old around, and sometimes that’s enough. Tonight, Liam and I are heading out with the jogger … sans Will. I’m hoping to eek in a little speed work, but we’ll see. I might need to just get used to running with that extra weight before I go adding in any fanciness.
In the meantime, if I can even remain at this weight til tomorrow, I think I’ll be happy with that.
