I’ve been having this issue lately where I’m getting dizzy a lot. Not your normal “Whoops I got up too fast dizzy,” but a dizzy that has gotten in the way of my normal life. Whenever I wake up, I need to sit on the floor for a minute lest I pass out. Recently, its started to affect my runs; in particular, it’s affecting my morningtime runs. This morning was no exception – I did my normal 1.6 or so and got really woozy.
I’m headed to the doctor for it on Monday, but I don’t expect an immediate answer. Hopefully, they’ll find something soon though. It would be nice to get back to normal!!
