Though I didn’t post yesterday (forgot), this is the exact weight I was yesterday morning as well. Admittedly, a rough start to the year, but I’m blaming that, at least in part, on the fact that I haven’t run in nearly a month. Assuming decent weather and good health, that’ll be changing on Saturday. Hopefully, that’ll also kick-start me back towards downward movement.
In the meantime, I’m still down from Tuesday, so I’ll take what I can get!!
