I got all dressed in my under armour to run, and then headed outside. Into the rain. Crap. So, back in I went, tail between my legs.
In an effort to get a higher calorie burn than I normally do with HHA, I tried to up the intensity a bit. Normally, the video does a little bit of demonstration before actually getting into the higher-intensity workout. Since I know the workout at this point, I just started out with the high intensity part. Don’t know if it helped at all, but at least I felt like I tried!
