So, I’m giving it some time to see if I can tell a difference between my muscles pre- and post-EA. I don’t expect much, but its at least something that’s causing me to burn calories while I’m waiting for the ice to melt and the evening temps to get above the teens. Last night wasn’t as boring as the night before, partly because my son became my workout partner:
Everything’s more fun when Liam is involved! Anyway, its one of those things that I think I’ll stick with for a little bit, just to see what happens. I believe that the “Cardio Kick-Start” that I’m using is something like 21 days, so that’s not too long to watch for progress. The next program is 9 weeks, I’m assuming (hoping) that’s a little more intense!
