Its already been nearly a week since I did this run, but I want to individually log the C25K runs, so here I am. Honestly, it was not a memorable run one way or the other – I felt strong, felt like I was making progress, and definitely felt better during that run than I did during the first. My calves hurt less, and I’m starting to feel like I’m just about to get the hang of this barefoot running thing. So not memorable doesn’t mean not good. Just means it wasn’t something I was running to the computer to talk about. And there you have it.
